All house plan sales including customizations are final. There is no refund available once the order has been processed.

In addition to the standard set of plans provided with each design, local planning authorities usually require a site location plan, to identify where the house is to be built, and a site plan to specify setbacks and show how the house is to be located on the property.

Planning authorities often also require a soil percolation test. This is done to determine the rate at which the water is absorbed through the soil. The results of the soil percolation test may affect the design of the soak-away or drainage system.

Foundation plans provided for these stock drawings are only available as a standard strip foundation. However, this may not be best for all soil conditions. It is advised that you have your site assessed by an engineer, and the foundation and floor slab drawings reviewed and if necessary, adjusted to suit your site conditions.
